Nathan brings extensive experience in government relations and public policy. He has built a strong reputation for his work in various fields including public education, veterans care, municipal government affairs, and budget development, getting millions of dollars appropriated to advance key initiatives.

As the Government Affairs Director for the North Carolina Lieutenant Governor, Nathan collaborated with state legislators and local officials to push forward important policies, ensuring impactful outcomes for the state and its communities. During his tenure, he appropriated nearly $12 million to the North Carolina Apprenticeship Program as well as millions of dollars for several 501c(3) organizations supporting veterans, healthcare and education. He also wrote and successfully lobbied HB387, the North Carolina Medal of Valor award, which honored its first recipient in early 2024.

Nathan has developed close relationships at all levels of government, allowing him to manage legislative priorities and guide projects from start to finish.

​His broad experience across multiple sectors, along with his ability to navigate complex government systems, equips his clients with the strategies and insights they need to succeed.

In addition to his professional expertise, Nathan has significant campaign consulting experience, having worked with candidates and organizations to implement effective outreach strategies and strategic planning.

Outside of work, Nathan is a proud North Carolinian who enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Whether it's cheering on UNC Charlotte football or spending time on the beach with friends, Nathan values the balance between his professional life, quality time with his wife, and his love for the outdoors.
